Diving Lessons
- Must be able to swim in deep water and able to tread water
- Learn how to jump performing different shapes
- Learn how to dive head first
- Learn how to transition to stroke
- Introduce racing dive
Awards
- Completing a Sitting Dive
- Completing a Plunge Dive
- Completing a Competitive Start
- Completing a Back Dive
Certificate will be given as complimentary to children when they achieve the awards
